Kellie Fogarty: Co-Owner
Kellie Fogarty is the co-founder of Fogarty Insurance Advisors and has spent nearly 20 years helping people feel more confident about Medicare.
Her journey began in 2007 working for a major insurance company, where she developed a deep understanding of Medicare and the healthcare industry. Ten years later, Kellie made the move to becoming an independent broker because she wanted the freedom to truly guide clients toward the coverage that best fit their needs — not just one company’s plans.
What started as a passion for helping Medicare beneficiaries has grown into a thriving agency she now runs alongside her husband, Chris, and a team of dedicated agents. Over the years, Kellie has helped thousands of individuals navigate Medicare with clarity and confidence.
In Kellie’s free time she enjoys painting in watercolor and pastels, gardening, golfing and traveling with her family.
Amy Smerker: Broker
Amy brings over 15 years of experience in healthcare strategy, driven by a passion for simplifying the healthcare system and improving outcomes for both members.
As an independent agent, she is dedicated to helping individuals confidently navigate the complexities of Medicare and Individual & Family coverage. This includes guiding clients through their options on Pennie, Pennsylvania’s official health insurance marketplace, where she helps individuals and families understand plan choices, subsidies, and enrollment timelines. She also works closely with those becoming eligible for Medicare, helping them explore their plan options and understand what coverage best aligns with their healthcare needs and financial goals.
Her approach is rooted in listening first, taking the time to understand each person’s health, priorities, and concerns, then educating and guiding them through their options. Whether assisting with Medicare decisions or coverage through Pennie, Amy’s goal is to simplify the process and ensure her clients feel clear, confident, and supported every step of the way.
In her free time, Amy enjoys spending time with her husband, twin daughters, swimming and being outdoors.
Danielle Rozell: Client Service Manager
I’ve spent 25 years in the medical field as an MRI technologist and love making people feel comfortable whether it be for a medical test or trying to navigate the world of Medicare insurance.
My favorite part of this team is getting to know our clients and being there for them when they have questions or concerns about their plan.
I love spending time with my husband, my three boys and my new daughter-in-law, traveling, taking my dog for walks and taking workout class

Tracker: Chief Comfort Officer
Tracker might very well be the most popular member of the Fogarty Insurance Advisors Team. Since opening our Camp Hill office in 2020, Tracker has been greeting clients, keeping the office calm, cheering up the team, and finding a comfortable place to sleep under the table during client meetings. He is a member of the team every boss would love to have…he never gets mad, and he is ready for work each day!
